This is the KN CONNECTIVE concept, laid out in the open. We build from partnerships and communities, bringing sport, social and community together for active living and business networking. You have the land, we look at it for sport and storage, find the best option for that site, then build it out and connect it to the network — as a partnership, a lease option or a profit-share agreement. Where sport fits, it starts with padel: at least three courts, two doubles and one singles. If you own a site that fits, or you have a business plan that belongs on one, send it to us.

We are looking for land and sporting sites to partner on, or to buy freehold. Every site is assessed for its best use first, then built out to give back to the community around it. As the major sporting sites come on, the HAF Network grows with them, moving, storing and supporting everything in between.

Partner with us
A partnership, a lease option or a profit-share agreement, with the split weighted in favour of the land. You keep the land. We bring the build, the media exposure and the network.

Sell us the freehold
Where it suits the owner better, we buy freehold land and sports sites outright, then develop them for the community around them.

We work with non-league clubs to bring new facilities onto their ground at a cost-effective rate, so the club earns from them and grows with them.

Our flagship site and HQ will be in Oughtibridge, Sheffield. Within about an hour’s drive of it, we are looking for land that can carry a sports facility, storage or a place in our land marketplace. We start with partnerships, lease options and profit share, with the split weighted in favour of the land, and can joint-venture or buy the freehold outright where that suits the owner better.
