October roadmap: built from partnerships and communities
Everything we build starts from partnerships and communities. Each site brings sport, social and community together, a place where people stay active and businesses make connections.
Our approach now leads with the land. A landowner keeps the land and comes in through a partnership, a lease option or a profit-share agreement, with the split weighted in favour of the land.
Every site is then assessed for sport and storage before anything is built. Where sport fits, it starts with padel: at least three courts, two doubles and one singles. Storage goes where it earns most.
We bring the media exposure and the land development together, so the site and the network grow in value side by side.
Also this month: the business behind the space layer has a new official name, KN CONNECTIVE. Connecting businesses, spaces, people and opportunities. The name is new; the plan is unchanged.
